Music Lessons Australia Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1st July 2023
Welcome to the Music Lessons Australia Referral Program! By participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The Music Lessons Australia Referral Program is open to all current students enrolled in our music lessons program.
1.2. Participants must reside in Australia.
2. How the Referral Program Works:
2.1. To participate in the referral program, the referring student (the “Referrer”) must refer a friend and/or family member (the “Referee”) to Music Lessons Australia.
2.2. The Referrer can refer as many friends and family members as they wish, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2.3. The Referrer will direct the Referee to this page on Music Lessons Australia’s website.
2.4. The Referee must mention the Referrer’s name during the enquiry process to qualify for the referral program.
2.5. Both the Referrer and Referee must comply with these terms and conditions for the referral program to be valid.
3. Free Music Lesson for the Referee:
3.1. After the Referee signs up for a paid music lesson package with Music Lessons Australia, the Referrer becomes eligible to receive a free music lesson.
3.2. The free music lesson will only be provided to the Referrer once the Referee has completed payment for their first full music lesson term.
3.3. The free music lesson is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services.
4. Free Music Lesson Redemption:
4.1. The Referrer must schedule their free music lesson with Music Lessons Australia within 90 days of the Referee’s payment for their first full music lesson package.
4.2. The scheduling of the free music lesson is subject to the availability of Music Lessons Australia’s instructors.
4.3. In the event that the Referrer is unable to schedule the free music lesson within the specified timeframe, the offer will be considered void.
5. Free Music Lesson Limitations:
5.1. The Referrer is entitled to one free music lesson for each new Referee who becomes a paying student with Music Lessons Australia.
5.2. The Referrer cannot claim multiple free music lessons for referring the same Referee to Music Lessons Australia multiple times.
5.3. Music Lessons Australia reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
5.4. The Referrer Free Lesson value is $99 or the value of their current lesson enrolment, whichever is less.
6. Compliance with Policies:
6.1. Both the Referrer and Referee must comply with Music Lessons Australia’s policies and guidelines during the referral program.
6.2. Music Lessons Australia reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate any of the program’s terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
7. Program Changes and Termination:
7.1. Music Lessons Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, for any reason, without liability.
7.2. Any changes to the referral program will be communicated through Music Lessons Australia’s website or other official communication channels.
8. Data Privacy:
8.1. By participating in the referral program, participants agree that Music Lessons Australia may collect and process their personal information for the purpose of administering the program.
8.2. Music Lessons Australia will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability:
9.1. Music Lessons Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the referral program.
By participating in the Music Lessons Australia Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Music Lessons Australia reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion and will provide notice of any such changes on its website or other official channels.
