Once you’ve selected your lesson type and preferred payment option, you will be directed to a checkout page.

Your enrolment order will be processed through our secure and encrypted digital payment platform, backed by the security measures of Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) or PayPal (Bank Debit, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal Balance).

Once you’ve completed the checkout process, your enrolment will be confirmed! Our support team will contact you within one business day to confirm your upcoming lesson schedule.

If you have signed up for the Termly Option mid-way through the term, you will still receive a confirmation of 10 Lesson dates & times, carrying over to the next Term.

Students are encouraged to learn for 45-minute lessons as a minimum each week. In 45-minute lessons, students can cover music theory, composition skills, and technical skills alongside the songs they learn. Students taking 45-minute lessons weekly see faster progress than those only taking 30-minute lessons.

We only recommend 30-minute lessons for Solo Students under the age of 6. If this is you, we can put in a special request to your teacher to see if they are willing to teach 30-minute lessons after your trial.

Yes your teacher is available to teach you on a fortnightly basis. However, we would highly recommend taking lessons every week.

Learning as part of a weekly routine keeps students accountable for their practice and improves their progression on their instrument overall.

Please give us over 24 hours’ notice when cancelling a lesson. Cancelled lessons with notice given can be rescheduled to another time that suits both you and your teacher, or will be credited. Lesson credits never expire.
